Limited time offer of lighting in Kyoto? What’s tanabata (star festival) of Kyoto?

[What’s tanabata?]
The story “Tanabata Densetsu (Star Festival Legend) that Orihime (Altar) can meet Hikoboshi (Vega) once a year across the Milky Way at night on July 7 (the lunar calendar August) is known in Japan. In Japan, if the day of Tanabata comes, various strips of paper written wishes on paper are hung with bamboo grass.
